“Meditation and Mindful Movement”
Wednesday evenings 6:30–7:45 p.m.
Dates: This is a weekly class on Zoom, which requires a password. Please sign up for a class by emailing [email protected]
Class Information: This meditation class offers you a supportive place to learn about and practice a variety of guided meditations geared toward nurturing inner peace and balance.
Self-awareness, stretching, activating reflex points with self-massage, EFT Tapping, mindful movement, and breathing practices will enhance your meditation experience.
Suggested donation: $5 – $25 per class.

About this Workshop:
Mental health and addiction support professionals and the recovery community will gain a practical and research-based understanding of the value of a Healthy Diet in addiction recovery. Emphasis will be on understanding some nutritional needs of recovering people and how mental and physical health can be improved through dietary changes.
