Chair Yoga Classes

Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Wednesdays 9:00–9:45 a.m.
Classes are held at the Perinton Recreation Center. Free to Silver Sneakers members. Small fee for others. Class pass available. Call the 55 Plus Office at (585) 223-1617 for more information.

Meditation Classes

“Meditation and Mindful Movement”

Wednesday evenings 6:30–7:45 p.m.

Dates: This is a weekly class on Zoom, which requires a password. Please sign up for a class by emailing
Class Information: This meditation class offers you a supportive place to learn about and practice a variety of guided meditations geared toward nurturing inner peace and balance.
Self-awareness, stretching, activating reflex points with self-massage, EFT Tapping, mindful movement, and breathing practices will enhance your meditation experience.
Suggested donation: $5 – $25 per class.

All fitness and chair yoga classes are held at the Perinton Recreation Center located at 1350 Turk Hill Road in Fairport, New York.
Class attendance fee is dependent on insurance coverage. Class passes are also available for a low fee.
